Real Estate Acquisition Analyst - Atlanta
Position Details
The Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst will:
Analyze real estate investment opportunities within the Credit Fund business
Assist in structuring and closing new investments
Maintain knowledge of financial markets and competitive trends
Develop cash flow models
Create one-page transaction summaries and investment memoranda
Support portfolio risk management team
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
At least two years of experience working in the real estate finance industry; preferably Real Estate Investment Banking
A college degree
Strong quantitative, written and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Argus experience is preferred
