Qualifications:
- BS Chemistry
- 5+ years of industrial / manufacturing related experience
- Combination of environmental, quality and process development work
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and use of statistics
- Familiar with Quality lab practices / techniques
- Environmental compliance/regulations knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cross-functional abilities

Duties:
- Quality and Environmental responsibilities
- Primary leader for the site's environmental compliance program
- Responsible for managing the waste/hazardous compliance program
- Improve environmental compliance performance and risk reduction
- Lead environmental training
- Provide environmental input into strategic planning process
- Manage regulatory inspections and conduct self-assessments
- Act as liaison between R&D personnel and manufacturing CIS personnel
- Other duties as assigned
