World Services, a provider in translation and interpretation services, is currently looking for a part-time/full-time, administrative assistant.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Managing invoices accurately
- Organizing calendar efficiently
- Assigning translators and interpreters to assignments
- Answering phones and taking messages accordingly
- Supporting ongoing marketing projects
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Self-motivated candidate who can work well independently and with a group
-Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
