Position: SMT Rework Technician
Location: Gwinnett County, GA
Status: Indefinite Temporary
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Job Description:
Perform component level inspection and rework on complex printed circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies. Use microscope to inspect & identify faults, assembly errors, and skewed components. Use SMT solder / de-solder techiques to rework and repair components to IPC standards.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience with SMT soldering and / or Inspection in a manufacturing environment
* Must have knowledge of electronic components, industry acceptable inspection and soldering standards, & ESD awareness
* Must be a team player, able to meet production goals, and willing to assist in other areas of manufacturing as needed

Qualified candidates may submit a confidential resume for immediate consideration. Must be available for overtime both during the week and weekends. In-person application, and hands-on skills evaluation at client site is required. This position is subject to pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
