Oscar was saved from the Rome, GA shelter and only had minutes to saved. Finally someone stepped up to take him and now he needs to find his forever home. He is very sweet and loving. He likes most other dogs and would make a great family pet for kids. He loves to play and go on walks. He is completely potty and crate trained. He will run right to his crate if you show him a treat.
