Pit Bull Terrier - Orion - Medium - Baby - Male - Dog
On September 9th, 2012, we were notified of a bad situation. A man in Tucker really needed our help as he rents a room in a house and had 16 pit bull/american bulldog mixes. This included a new born litter that was just days old. All 16 of these dogs were living outside and none of them were fixed, vaccinated, or de-wormed. This man was overwhelmed and he was unable provide for the dogs so he gladly signed over 14 pups and we are vetting the 2 he wants to keep.
Orion is 1 out of a litter of 5 puppies born in May of 2012.
Orion is a handsome, young boy who is great with the 2 other dogs in his foster home (another big male pit bull and an elderly bassett hound). He loves attention and people. He is crate-trained, house-broken, and doggy-door trained. He knows 'sit' and 'down' and is working on other basic commands. Orion has encountered a bossy small dog and passed with flying colors. He has also spent a substantial time with a 3 year old and he loves kids.
*4/13/13 - Orion weighed in at 54.4 lbs
