Husky - Jaylo - Medium - Young - Female - Dog
Jaylo is an adorable girl! She is very energetic and playful but extremely sweet and friendly. She is an absolutely gorgeous dog as you can tell by her pictures! Beautiful eyes, adorable ears, and great markings. She was saved out of a high kill shelter along with her sister. She is learning to walk on a leash and sit and is catching on very quickly. Jaylo is smart and already uses a "potty box" in her house but prefers to hold it for her two walks a day. Jaylo is 11 months old and weighs 46 lbs. She gets excited when she is playing and wants to jump on you but we are working on that. It seems that this poor girl just hasn't had much attention - if you can believe that. The foster mother just adores this dog and says she's a sweetheart. Jaylo is looking for a family who wants an inside dog but has a big fenced yard for playtime (or who will take her for long walks or to the dog park). We think Jaylo will be adopted into a perfect home quickly so if you are interested in Jaylo, please call her foster mom, Jeanie at 770-842-5306 with questions or e-mail her at [email removed] for an adoption application (required). Jaylo is currently finishing up all her vet work and will be ready for her forever home soon. $175 adoption fee plus donation and vet reference required. Adoption fees for males are $150, females are $175. Senior dogs are $100. This includes each animal being current on age appropriate vaccinations including DHPP, bordetella and rabies, dewormed for any internal parasites, being tested heartworm negative, be spayed/neutered, be micro-chipped and have been examined by a veterinarian to certify that they are healthy. Lifetime registration for the micro-chip as well as 30 days of free pet insurance is also included. In addition, each adopter will go home with a fitted collar, a bag of dog food, and an adoption kit filled with valuable information and coupons. We ask that you consider an additional donation on top of this pet's adoption fee. This money will go directly into our Adoption Fund to be used exclusively for rescuing and caring for other pets in need. Many pets we take in have very high vet bills to get them healthy and adoptable for the public - much higher than their adoption fees. We receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from our community and caring adopters to continue our rescue efforts! Foster * Adopt * Spay/Neuter
