For close to 10 years we've brought quality dining to the Atlanta area featuring the freshest seafood you can find and the best selection of steaks in the region. From knowledgeable servers and bartenders to the decor of our restaurant, we have set the standard for upscale dining. Our success can't be attributed to our food alone; without a talented staff, we wouldn't be where we're at today.

We are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef in the Atlanta area! This person should be passionate about the food they create and have a strong work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS

* 2+ years of current Upscale/Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef experience
* High volume background; must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
* Ability to relocate a huge plus

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + benefits/bonus packages
