Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Fully integrate into our Scrum team, Complete each sprint with all backlog items worked in order by priority, fully tested and releasable after each sprint.
To do this, it will require the ability to abide by Scrum rules including completing top ROI items one-by-one, not taking short cuts that degrade the state of the code and completing everything as a team together.
Develop following our standards, complete code reviews, developer testing and write unit tests.
We strive to follow best practices and guidelines and code review, test and unit test everything we produce.
We will require these procedural and engineering practices right from the start and expect team members to help it improve as time goes on.
Proficient in ASP.NET MVC 3 Razor
Our new products are built in ASP.NET MVC 3 with Razor and you will need to be or quickly become fully productive in this stack.
Must be able to work in all of our platforms with ease ranging from our ASP.NET MVC applications and .NET Windows Mobile devices to helping migrate our PHP application to .NET.
This will require excellent code analysis, problem solving skills and discipline.

Manager Hot Points:
The primary points would be strong enterprise .NET skills, Web Services (WFC), unit-testing via MSTest/nUnit.
On top of that ASP.NET MVC and handheld development (.NET Compact Framework) on Intermec devices will allow us to use these contractors on more projects.
Strong possibility that assignments will go to one year in length.
