New opening for a Physical Therapist in this skilled nursing facility. PT will help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments.

JOB HOURS:

Full time position Monday-Friday.

SKILLED NURSING DETAILS:

PHYSICAL THERAPY CASELOAD:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree for Physical Therapy. State license and CPR.
