Renaissance Counseling Services, An Assertive Community Treatment agency is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The LCSW acts as an advocate in helping clients gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction and abuse and be capable of working with diverse populations. This position will require a person with strong leadership qualities that can provide direct supervision to multi-disciplinary ACT team, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with client treatment plans and schedules and facilitate weekly team meetings. The LCSW provides clinical therapy to severe mentally ill clients that suffer with medical and social challenges they also facilitate crisis interventions for clients and involuntary commitments when necessary. Monitoring staff compliance with agency policy and procedures as well as disseminate relevant information. The applicant must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, strong writing skills and reliable transportation. The position is Monday–Friday however applicants must be flexible. Salary for this position is based on education and experience, benefits include medical, paid vacation and paid sick time
Educational Requirements
Masters Level in Social Work,
State required Clinical License
