Renaissance Counseling Services, an Assertive Community Treatment agency is seeking a Registered Nurse. The job in tales: Assessing the clients health problems and needs, providing nursing psychiatric rehabilitation with a wide range of case management services, coordinate medical appointments and nursing assessments, document all services according to Act standards, administer injections, monitor medication intake and signs of decompensation, Maintain accurate, detailed reports, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, participate in weekly meeting providing feedback of clients. The applicant must have excellent communication skills, writing skills and reliable transportation. The salary for this position is based on education and experience Benefits include medical, dental, paid vacation and paid sick time.
