Actively Interviewing FT/PT Personal Care Assistant for Home Health
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Client Care Administrator, this hands on position focuses on excellence in personal care assistance & the delivery of care to our Clients.
Key Requirements:
• Ensure that RC PHC is providing the best quality of care to senior clients
• Adherence to all company & regulatory standards to include intensive documentation
• Perform as part of a high performance work team to deliver excellent personal care
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional personal care services for senior clients
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to Include:
Bathing, Grooming & Dressing, Personal Hygiene, Ambulating & Toileting, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Socialization, Light Housekeeping & Laundry, Shopping, Errands and/or Driving to Social engagements & Medical Appointments,
Cognitive Activities, Behavioral Redirection & Reminders, Restorative & Mobility Exercises
• Participate in continuing education & quality assurance training
• Maintain open communication with clients & supervisors
• Ensure client file documentation is complete & accurate
• Proactive & passionate about serving both clients & staff with excellence
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in senior services field preferred
1+ yrs performance in a personal care role
CNA or MA certification required
