Job Description
We are looking for reliable and resilient individuals with excellent people skills and a positive attitude, to join our team at SuperClean Handyman Services Company, Inc. and SuperClean Carpet Care! All of our technicians are highly trained in the proper methods of cleaning carpet, upholstery, repair and re-stretching, pet stain and odor remediation, area rugs, pressure washing, window cleaning, tile and grout, and are seeking a persuasive and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative to assist residential customers in maintaining a clean and healthy environment within their homes.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will methodically observe and inspect customers’ homes for honest improvements that could be made through the implementation of our services and products. You will also answer any questions that customers may have about our company and the services we provide. You must be an ethical, perceptive and tenacious individual and want a career that lets you determine your own paycheck!
Outside Sales Representative - Home Cleaning Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative for SuperClean Home Services and Restorative Cleaning Services, you will sell the appropriate cleaning solutions to customers after a close inspection of their homes’ carpet, upholstery, window cleaning, area rug, and tile and grout conditions.
You will submit a proposal for services agreed upon to the manager or homeowner and close the sale based upon your recommendations.
Additional responsibilities for the Outside Sales Representative include:
Routing all customer visits before going out on sales calls
Following all appropriate protocol before entering a customer’s home
Conducting interviews in regards to customers’ needs
Looking for preexisting conditions and problems throughout customers’ homes so as to honestly upsell them on our services
Presenting customers with service quotes
Scheduling future cleaning dates and ask for referrals
Assist service personnel as required at each service
Outside Sales Representative - Home Cleaning Sales Consultant
Job Requirements
As an Outside Sales Representative, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be a great active listener and be driven by customer satisfaction.
Additional requirements that the Outside Sales Representative must adhere to include:
Possessing a driver’s license
Being insurable under the company’s policy
Ability to lift between 50-75 lbs. several times a day
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Having Industry and/or Route Sales experience a plus
