fall semester in kitchen and master hall way. Foyer includes large recreation area with
keg fridge, wall bike mount; spacious living room comes with stadium seated couches,
fireplace & 54' HD TV. Front porch accommodates 10+ easily with 3 comfy couches. Plenty
space for parking with no permit required.
Rent ranges from $585-725* for rooms available. Utilities range around $50-80 (+/-) per
month each. Deposit required to hold and reserve room (typically 30 days in advance).
Utilities paid separate and include Cable/Internet, Gas, Power & Water.
House Manager & House coordinator on call 24/7 for security during semesters Fall- (Aug 15
- Dec 31st), Spring- (Jan 1 - May 15) and Summer- (May 15 - Aug 15). House Manager is
seeking professional responsible and trustworthy student tenants, preferably in groups of
2 or 3 but individuals are very common and not discouraged from inquiring.
