Incredably clean and in perfect working condition. This is the limited edition with a powered slide out. Makes for much more room than normal 21ft camper and allows for a larger dinette table and second full size bed instead of smaller ones in typical model. Used a few times a year for last few years - would be hard to find a nicer camper unless you bought one brand new for twice the cost! We have kept this in protective covered storage and roof is in perfect shape. This camper is very light, which is why we bought it. Can pull it with just about any SUV or truck. Perfect size for family of 4 or less. We now have 3 kids so we want a third bed and will be getting a larger camper after we sell this one. Just inside the door, there is a large wardrobe to the left. The enclosed bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen has a 3-burner range, microwave, a double sink, lower drawers, a single door refrigerator and freezer, and upper storage cabinet. In the front there is a large bed with a cabinet and large shelf. Lots of interior room with a slide out dining table that converts into second full size bed. Has everything you need - even a space for a flat screen TV! Awning is very easy to take out and put up. Easiest I've seen. Has both heat strips for electric heat and also LP Heater that will heat you up very fast! Hot water heater works fast as well! Everything works perfectly!
